Jen Nielsen is a California native who embraces the many opportunities that come with living and raising a family in the beautiful communities of Santa Cruz County. As an active mother of four and resident of Pleasure Point, Jen has firsthand knowledge of the area and extensive experience with the local school districts, allowing her to educate clients on a wide variety of information to aid in their decision-making process. This knowledge and experience, combined with Jen’s keen organizational skills, honesty, and integrity, allows her clients to take comfort and trust in her advocacy while enjoying the process of buying or selling their property. With experience and drive, Jen will ensure that clients have the best care during transactions. Jen graduated from the University of California, San Diego, in 1994 with a degree in psychology, and this has made her very capable of preempting solutions throughout the transaction process.  An enthusiast of the Santa Cruz lifestyle, Jen enjoys surfing, skateboarding with her boys, going on long runs, and doing yoga. As a mother, Jen values taking part in the local community. She’s an active member of the Santa Cruz Longboard Union, a yearly participant in the Women on Waves Surf Contest, and a volunteer with AWOW, Second Harvest Food Bank, and others. Jen takes great pleasure in helping clients succeed in real estate investments and residences throughout Santa Cruz County.
